Our Online Check Weigher heavy capacity can be used to reject products on the basis of incorrect weight, barcode, dimension etc. The rejected product can be transferred to a buffer conveyor using pneumatic pusher or drop conveyor system . This eliminates dependence on man power and ensures continuous operation of machine.
Our check weigher can be easily integrated with existing packaging lines or equipment like printers, labellers or scanners. The complete system helps in streamlining the custom packaging process and requires minimal manpower involvement. The whole system can be connected to the ERP system to optimize the flow of information.
